GPT-6 Sol is OpenAI’s reasoning model for demanding coding and agentic workflows, balancing capability and cost within the GPT-6 family. It accepts text and image inputs and supports a context window of about 1.05 million tokens. Reasoning effort can be set from none through max; the Responses API supports built-in tools and function calling for multi-step tasks.
